In Philadelphia, you will step aboard one of our beautiful burgundy and green, Victorian-style trolleys. Summary: Passengers must visit our office on 8th Avenue at least one day prior to departure to exchange your E-Ticket for your travel documents and other important information. Child age is 2 to 11; children under 2 are free when riding in an adult's lap. On the order form, you will be asked to provide the first and last name of each passenger, citizenship, and language required. There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Note that this is a morning departure - time will vary based upon train schedule.

After booking this tour, you must call to reconfirm this reservation at least 72 hours prior to departure. Reservations not reconfirmed are subject to cancellation with penalty.

We assume no liability or responsibility for airline or train delays. Should you be required to stay overnight due to weather or cancellation of flights or trains, any additional costs you incur for hotel accommodations, meals, and personal expenditures will be your responsibility.
